Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GYMLIGHT store and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, where an item is out of stock, a price was published in error, or we suspect fraud.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in South African Rand by default. Other currencies may be displayed as indicative conversions; the amount charged is the amount confirmed at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for courier delays outside our control.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography is lit for effect; light output and colour rendering figures are the measured specification.

Intellectual property

The GYMLIGHT name, wordmark, product designs, copy and photography are our property and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
