How long delivery takes

Orders take 1–2 business days to process, then 7–21 business days in transit. Your order ships from our international fulfilment partner rather than from inside South Africa, which is why transit takes longer than a local courier. We say this up front so nothing about the timeline is a surprise after you pay.

• Delivery is free on every order. Orders take 1–2 business days to process, then 7–21 business days in transit from our international fulfilment partner.
• You get a tracking link by email on dispatch. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to start updating. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
• Outlying areas and public holiday periods can add a few business days.
• Orders containing multiple products may ship and arrive as separate parcels, sometimes days apart.

Import duties

Import duties and clearance are handled by our fulfilment partner. If a courier contacts you asking for money to release your parcel, do not pay it. Email riaz@gymlightshop.com with the order number and we will resolve it.

If a parcel does not arrive

Anything still undelivered 25 business days after dispatch gets traced by us. If the trace does not recover the parcel, we replace it or refund you in full.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and the product and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange a replacement without waiting for the courier investigation to close.

Returns

Change your mind within 7 days and send it back unused for a refund. Faulty items are covered for 6 months. Full detail is on our refund policy page.
