Refund Policy

7-day returns

Change your mind within 7 days of delivery and send the item back for a refund, no reason needed. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. We refund the purchase price; you pay the return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

Faulty goods: 6 months

You may return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose within 6 months of delivery, and choose a repair, replacement or refund. We pay the return shipping on defective returns.

There is no extended warranty beyond this 6-month period.

How to return

1. Email support@gymlightshop.com with your order number and, for a fault, photos or a short video.
2. We confirm the return address and, for defective goods, cover the return shipping.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a further 3–10 days to reflect it.

Multi-item orders

Items can be returned individually. Any promotional discount applied to the order is deducted proportionally from the refund of the returned items.

Exclusions

We can't refund items lost in unsent returns, or damage caused by submersion, disassembly or third-party repair.
